I recently stayed at Il Tesoro Di Sangennaro for a short visit to explore the vibrant city. The apartment was beautifully designed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay - a cozy bed, kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. Its convenient location allowed me to easily access the main station and explore the charming old town. The owner was incredibly helpful and provided adapters and linens to make my stay hassle-free. Plus, the fridge even had wine and beer waiting for me! Excellent value for money.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, being really close to the train stations and even the airport on Saturdays. there's a nice cafe with delicious pastries right in front of the apartment. the room itself is clean and well-equipped, exceeding our expectations.
The entrance hall to the building is a bit run down and can be intimidating.

Our stay at Il Tesoro Di Sangennaro was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the train station and the historic center. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully renovated, with high ceilings and large windows. We loved having a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the city views. The owner provided clear instructions for check-in and even went above and beyond by providing helpful videos. The neighborhood might seem busy, but the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night, thanks to its soundproofing. The owner was incredibly helpful, even assisting us in finding a doctor during a medical emergency. The friendly neighbors were an added bonus. we highly recommend this place for a wonderful holiday experience.
Drawbacks: The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better, as there were some dust and hair on the floors and furniture. The kitchen area was poorly equipped and in need of better cleaning.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The host was helpful and responsive to our questions. The apartment was stylish and spacious, with a comfortable bedroom and good air conditioning. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had all the utensils we needed.
The apartment was poorly maintained, with stained walls and kitchen cabinets, and a broken lamp. The cleanliness was subpar, with hair on the floor, dust on the furniture, and stained bed covers.
